- JEXPO 2023 Admission Fees Receipts to the Council (Original)
- Admit Card of Madhyamik or equivalent examination as age proof (self-attested Xerox copies).
- Mark sheet of Madhyamik or equivalent examination (self-attested Xerox copies).
- Reservation (SC, ST, PC, OBC-A, OBC-B, LLQ, TFW, ESM, EWS etc.) related certificates (self-attested Xerox copies).
- Medical Fitness Certificate (Original).
- Anti-Ragging Affidavit (Original).
- Domicile Certificate (Original).
- Aadhaar Card (self-attested Xerox copies).
- Recent Passport Size Photograph (4 Copies).

- VOCLET 2023 RANK Card (Original)
- VOCLET 2023 Final Allotment Letter (Original)
- VOCLET 2023 Admission Fees Receipts to the Council (Original)
- Admit Card of Madhyamik or equivalent examination as age proof (self-attested Xerox copies).
- Mark sheet of 10+2 examination / H.S. (Vocational) examination of WBSCT&VE&SD / equivalent examination with Physics/ Mathematics/ Chemistry/ Computer Science/ Electronics/ Information Technology/ Biology/ Informatics Practices/ Biotechnology/ Technical Vocational Subject/ Agriculture/ Engineering Graphics/ Business Studies/ Entrepreneurship (self-attested Xerox copies).
