It has been noticed that there are a few students who could not fill up their Examination Form for appearing in Diploma in Engineering & Technology (December, 2024) through online portal of the Council within the stipulated time frame.
They can now fill-up their examination form for appearing in the aforesaid examination through OFFLINE mode. For this purpose, they will have to make a Demand Draft to be drawn in favour of “WBSCT & VE & SD” payable at Kolkata, towards Examination Fee and Late Fine for any of the following amount, whichever is applicable.
For Regular Appearance = Rs.250/- + Rs.200/- (Late Fine) = Rs.450/-
For Casual Appearance = Rs.150/- + Rs.200/- (Late Fine) = Rs.350/-
For both Regular & Casual Appearance = Rs.250/- + Rs.200/- (Late Fine) + Rs.150/- + Rs.200/- (Late Fine) = Rs.800/-
The institute authority shall have to send a mail only at [email protected] mentioning the Registration Number, Name, Semester and Appearance Type (Regular/Casual) of such students along with the scanned copies of the Demand Draft submitted by them, if those students are otherwise eligible for appearing in the examination in accordance with the Examination Regulations. On receipt of the mail, the Council will issue provisional admit cards to the concerned students.
